Giant Easter chocolate bunny
In the context of the Versoix Chocolate Festival in collaboration with the Association Romade of confectioners, we made a milk chocolate bunny 5.5 meters high.
The application for entry in the record books is underway. It took 650 kg of chocolate to make this giant chocolate bunny.
The original idea comes from Mr. Cartier confectioner in Versoix. The plans and the basic design were made by Mr. Roger Rohr.
On Saturday, March 20 through exposure in Versoix chocolate rabbit was mounted in one day by confectioners member of the Association Romande of confectioners .
I wish, on behalf of the Association Romande of confectioners, to thank the company Felchlin and Barry Callebaut for the provision of chocolate. Also the company Dellenbach for the provision of machinery to work the chocolate. Without them the realization of this giant chocolate bunny would not have been possible.
